My friend and his wife re-entered US on AP a couple of weeks ago....They were paroled into US till Apr 2009. Their APs are valid till Oct 2008. Now his wife needs to go back to her home country immediately for a while (not sure how long due to family emergency).... If she doesn't plan to return before her current AP expires, what are her options to re-enter. My friend is still on H1 status valid till 2010, no H1/H4 visa stamps.....If she intends to stay home longer, can she re-enter US on a H4 visa after getting it stamped...If she plans to return before her current AP expires, say in Sep 2008, is it safe to use AP because she will be out of the country for 5 months if she leaves now and we are not sure if someone can stay out of US for that long and re-enter on AP.....Any suggestions...His PD is April 2004 EB-3 India

Folks,
I just realized that I forgot to add a piece of my employment history to the DS-160. I only realized it once I set up the appointment for H1-B stamping through VFS. I have all the corroborating paperwork (W2, paystub etc.) for that period. Do I need to re-do the DS-160? I already have an appointment and if I cancel the appointment and re-do the DS160 I might run the risk of not getting the date of my choosing. The problem is my existing company is a "successor in interest" of the company I forgot to mention. That is, I got my I-797 from this previous company.
Please not that the facts in the existing DS 160 are true. It is just that I realized that there is a gap that I might have to fill.

Hi Firas,
Expression Blend can be used if you are creating an application that uses XAML for the visuals such as one created in WPF or Silverlight. The logic can be done in C#. Therefore, the answer to your question is "BOTH - if you are planning on building your application in WPF or Silverlight".

My I-485 has been pending for more than 6 months now. I have an EAD but I got an RFE on my AP. I don't know what its about as I have not received the RFE yet.
I am thinking of changing my job. In my new job I don't want to use my EAD since my AP status is still hanging. Can I keep working on H1-B visa as I still have 3.5 years left on my H1? If I travel outside the country, can I re-enter with a valid H-1B visa? Can this cause an abandonment of AOS if I enter on H-1B while my AOS is pending? Please let me know. Thank you.

I am really unclear about the whole process of the i-90. My situation as whole is unclear to
me. I gave a call to the USCIS to find out my status since i recieved my welcome letter by mail only to find out that my green card has been mailed back by usps and labeled "undeliverable". I dont know exactly what happen but i already started an i-90. If i wanted to travel outside the US, what would i need? I have seen people suggesting getting an i-551 stamp. But those people were renewing their green card. Would my situation be different as I actually never held a green card. Would they still stamp

For adjustee's AP gives permission to travel out-in. I think it should be ok to travel (you can subscribe to case updates and you'll know the case status)

Hello Folks,
I received a code 2 notice for I765 but i dont have my passport as it was sent to renewal. Eventhough FP Notice says ID card should be one of Alien Card / Drivers license , passport, State issued card my experience earlier says ASC only accepts Passport. Will they accept EAD Card etc as ID ? Any experience different than this ? Please post.
Btw this is my third time i am renewing for EAD.
Please advice.

Hi
Currently I am on H1-B Status and for the 6 years term to complete I have 4 more months. The I-94 date on is September 4, 2011. However, I do have a remainder period of 38 days due to vacation (which is October 12, 2011), but will have to apply for same.
I want to continue to stay in USA. I feel that if I can get the F1 status (Student visa) I could able to continue stay here for another 1 more year.
Need help from any knowledgeable lawyer or forum visitors who can assit me in exactly how best and early I can get into F1 status.
Answers via Cell phone calls are also welcome.

We filed a H4 to H1 Change of Status petition for my wife. The file was opened and processed by USCIS and a RFE was issued. Due to some family situation, we had to withdraw the H1 petition instead of replying to the RFE.
My question is: Is the security/anti-fraud fee ($1500) returned by USCIS in such cases. We applied through a big consulting company.

You can export the cube with only the outlines and then export the cube without the outlines and just the fill. Incorporate both animations into Flash, and you should be able to manipulate them both as you choose.
